At Jouvi, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with love and care. While we hope you’ll adore your jewelry, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Here's everything you need to know:

We offer a 60-day quality guarantee on all orders in the rare case of breakage or product defects.

If you receive an item with a quality issue, please contact us at service@jouviandco.com within the guarantee period. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Please note: Slight color variations due to screen display or photo lighting are not considered quality defects.

As each piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns for personal reasons, such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of style or size
  • General wear and tear

We recommend checking and trying on your jewelry promptly upon receiving your package. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out — we’re always here to help.

Note: Engraved, customized items and gift-wrapped orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

📦 How to Request a Return

All returns or exchanges must be approved by us before sending any items back.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at service@jouviandco.com
  2. Include your Order Number and clear photos of the product and outer packaging
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

Please note:

  • Return shipping fees are not covered by Jouvi
  • You are responsible for the return process and any costs incurred
  • All returned items must be in original, unworn condition

Items that are returned damaged or worn may be refused and returned to you at our discretion.

💳 When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 3–7 business days for us to process your refund.

We’ll send you an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or payment method.
